Hey guys
I'm extremely sorry for the late reply, I just want to address this and not leave this situation in the dark
The TI/SA compensations will be sent out. There was an error in the system preventing the additional compensation to make it out. So the majority of players received it and some didn't.
I haven't forgotten about y'all.

Can't give direct ETA (Issues can occur) However, it shouldn't be long.

Of course, did everything they requested and still only got 2 seal scrolls and 2 random lv4 magatama, haha.

The two seal scrolls and 2 magatamas were general compensation.
Just an update on this situation.
The players who posted in this thread with screenshots will receive compensation as we're reviewing the players who didn't receive.
Once again, from 3-13 - 3-17, if you've posted on that thread with adequate information, You'll receive the proper compensation.
Now for players who posted on this thread. Most came from the first thread which is fine, however, the players who didn't post on the first thread but has the adequate information
