To the MODS and THE COMPANY, you are responsible to ensure the CORE of the game is running smoothly. You have to have ideas, creativity to retent your players because after doing it for so many months, if there isn't any changes or functions being introduced ALL your players will start to feel bored, there is no more FUN and they might leave the game for good, To acquire a player has already took a lot of costs and to just let it go is not a very smart thing to do. What i am trying to say is you need to start thinking & planning ahead of time. PLANS for next 3 month are READY even better if these are SHARED to your players so they know something is underway and keep their focus towards the game there might be some
