  • yup, especially when u consider they charge 500 coupons base for 1 gold tool and we lost out on 25 gold tools, so 11k coupon value lost just for ti, the loss of threads probably hurt alot of people too
Like at this point 1500 coupons wont even get me a refine level, it will not even come close to the BP loss we took from missing out on Gold and Red tools. I'd like to see Tobei rationalize this compensation for us, because it doesn't make any sense at all.

    Your question is tied to the "What happened"
    As I've explained in the past, a bug occurred that prevented TI/SA from resetting, it was connected to the DST issue.
    Unfortunately, we couldn't fix it in due time. So we're providing players with the necessary compensation.

    If you have posted within this thread during the week, You're set.
    However, if you haven't. I'll need additional information.


I posted to the Original Thread, Related to that SA/TI issue.. so I am lacking the compensation for that is well.. What information do you need from me

Tobie, I really hope you see this since I don't see many mods on lately. Please tell me that the compensation email sent today was not the TI and Compensation for the missing week. Please calm the masses by telling them this was just because of the UK DST problem.

I was seriously dissapointed but after I saw your comment even my account that didn't have the problem got it so yeah this was compensation for the UK servers thing.
