I also have this problem, it helped some people but not everyone.And in addition to that the thread has been closed so there is no way to directly contact them about it

It's a very frustrating problem to have. They are very important parts of Power improvement and a section of the playerbase has been totally locked out of it. This issue hasn't been resolved in four days now, and that's starting to border on the absurd. At this point in the week the only fair way to resolve it for those of us that have been affected is just to provide rewards as if we -had- completed those game modes.

I am in no way saying we deserve anything extra, or that we should be overcompensated. All I want is what we would have earned by this point anyways. Rewards for 25 attempts of TI at the toughest version you're capable of completing and for all six Strong Approaching attempts. I feel as if rewarding the 36 pages of those affected would take a negligible amount of time while working on the issue and it's only fair to those of us that have been suffering this issue all week long.
