Pains are good in rank battle with Konan, but not much use in 1v1 team at the moment. But Gakido and Ningendo still have some use in 1v1 team for Lightning main and Wind main, also both of them are free at lv 88.
But from what you said, I believe your server is fairly new so I guess if you buy 4 of them now you still can dominate the server with them for 1 or 2 months before everyone get their kage ninjas.

Tnx for response! Yes server is pretty new im highest lvl with 67 most are under 60 or around 63. I know the 2 are free on 88 but that for me is honestly months away heh what im wondering more is the 9k coupons on gold i spend on them now worth it more then spending on something else, also i just really want some new ninja to try :)

Do you think it's better to get 3 Pains and konan for ranked battle then? Like Ningendo Gakido Jigokudo since those 3 seem most versetail?

Yes, that's would be better than 4 pains alone. But for 1v1 team, you c*e Shurado, Guy and Asuma Wind Blade for blitz team. I saw some people on CN still use that kind of team.
IMO if I was you and have to choose I will choose to get Konan, Ningendo and Shurado. Gakido is nice, I got him from free pull before but til now I don't have much use for him as a MB main:lol But if you have extra cash you c*so grab him.

gakido requires 90 I think, because you need to do the lv 90 plot instance to finish the chapter.... probably....
I was 90 by the time I got to the last 2 instance so I don't actually know the lv requirements but meh...

But those two are free.

The thing is, 3 or 4 pain isn't quite... enough to REALLY shine in ranked, because the way the buff each other the more you get, the better they are. 5 might be usable, but I'm not sure if they are worth using over individually powerful ninjas until you get the full set, which require tendo which is really expensive.

P.S. pain buffs are cross-team, which means it doesn't have to be all on one team, just all in battle. In theory, in GNW, you could have 9 pains on field, if they are all lightning main with chakra generation... 3x multi buffed tendo drops on turn 1.... yeah.... That's REALLY ptw thou, but in theory that hurts, quite possibly more than 3x cursed Hidan.

You unlock the last 2 plot instances of the chapter lv 88 yes, so gakido is free lv 88 , correct me if im wrong
