[ Bugs ] Any Update on TI/SA Reset?

So as of now, its been a rough 24 hours since EVERYTHING has "reset" on the NY/LA servers and all, and we havent been given any word of anything on how the fix is going.

I've grown use to, when bugs happen, it takes multiple days, if not longer for a fix, so I wanted to see if theres an update on whats going on, because, if its not fixed soonish, that means a lot of us will actually lose out on TI tries, since a lot will do 10 on the first day, 5 friend, 5 normal, then you're allowed 5 per day. So basically, if it's not fixed by thursday, those of us who this effected, will in fact lose out on tries.

So I ask, can we get some information/update on whats going on? Im sorry, I can't "be paitent" because too many times has things gone wrong, so im sorry, my paitence has worn thin.

We're getting closer and closer to fixing this issue.
The fix would have been applied today, however certain issues occurred prior to that. Once that's fixed, we'll roll it out.

I'll let you guys know if any complications happen.

Clear cache, and relog into your game.

clearing cashe and repairing mini client did not fix the issue, still have 0/0 and not SA attempts.

It is still not fixed for me. Clearing cache in firefox, chrome, IE, and the mini-client then restarting the computer did not fix the issue.

it is the same for S5 NY the fix has not been applied.If it has sorry there are still deveral players on the server whose TI and SA have not reset.

Not fixed for me after clearing cache and cookies.
