I had 46k power when I cleared it but less should be ok. Didn't fully level my ninjas. My Gnw KKR is still Red +0, Ino and Ningendo are Red +1.
For summon: Normal white tiger can replace Lightning Tiger.

Formation and masteries as below:
Red color : Enemy Shinobi
Green color: Your Shinobi
Try to maintain chaos on Jiraiya and Shurado as much as possible.
Round 1: Azure Fang and Kankuro's combos must not fail so that Jiraiya and Shurado are chaosed.
Round 2: Ino mystery -> Tsunade
Round 3: Azure Fang mystery -> Shurado
Ningendo mystery -> Jiraiya
Kankuro mystery -> Tsunade
Round 4: Not much you can do, but as long as you combo; its all good.
At this point, feel free to go all out. They should more or less die by poison and ignite, just remember to cancel Shurado.
