Same issue encountered here. Both on Mini client and online, even after clearing cache, restarting computer, and clearing cache again, just in case.
Edit: Specific error encountered:
"Log in verification (Request timeout.). Please log in again"

This repeats ad nauseum no matter how many times I log out and in again, and it is also only happening on 409.
