To be fair, all initial complains were solved.

You complained no matches in Arena, now they matched you. You complained hard to find matches in Matsuri, they allowed matching with cross server. You complained Sage World cancelled, they merged you and Sage World proceeded.

After the problems they initially solved, yes it did produce new problems. But now you're just complaining about the new problems, which really, its a step by step ever growing process, and always going to happen. So accept it, and stop complaining, it does absolutely nothing to the community.
If you want, give suggestions and ideas, not just complaints. Like what you did with your 1 liner suggestion at the end. Give detailed suggestions like you can give such a detailed complaint.
