I doubt I'll get anything rare by the time I get to 70 Im already 63 not a single rare in seal scrolls or pain treasure.The events are just for people who drops alot of cash.

What do you expect from an rnNG that even gives a greater chance of giving you none characters from it. After 4x10 draw and all I see is crap characters and mostly upgrade items and megatamas. Already know it's a rip off without a recharge event.
