It depends on the clone maker, for example, Torune Aburame, and Zabuza's clone have the same HP as the original, as for other ninja's i am sorry, i don't know.,

Yes, it does affect.

Basically, a clone's hp depends on the ninja's overall attributes, where hp contribute more compared to others stats.

Zabuza, akatsuchi, torune - these ninja's creates clones based on 100% of their attributes.
gnw kankuro creates puppet based on 80% of his stats.
