I recharged for the first time and got a 2 star garaa instead of a 4 star... I was wondering if this was a bug?

You need to recharge 5 days in a row to get him at 4*.

it says on the event "Recharge 50 ingots per day for 5 days to collect fragments for a 4 - star Gaara!"
no it doesnt have to be 5 days in a row, but you do need to recharge atleas 50 ingots on 5 different days

Sorry about the 5 days in a row part. I've never recharged before, so my fault there with wrong information. I assumed it was in a row. But yeah, it definitely does say for 5 days to the thread starter.
