And that 10% base stats makes quite a significant difference especially if you're Arena matched with someone of much higher BP. I've noticed the difference in the standard water meta team of Mabul, Mei, GNW 1010. Some with that lineup destroys you in Arena, and the next match, you can get the same line up, that scratches you barely.
