evason just work on tai jutsu attack , all nin jutsu attack can counter it

if i use shikamaru's shadow possession, they can evade the taijutsu afterwards.

If I remember the guide from way back, Immobile causes a character to be unable to take actions. Healing and rotating and even those substitution jutsu evades are all actions.

It would even disable Itachi's megadodge and Kimimaro's autowall.
