I have purchased out of the group purchase event to receive the claimable rewards for the past 2 days and have not received the claimable rewards. Here are the screen shots and my information. I also posted a customer service ticket previous to repurchasing tonight in order to be able to take a screenshot as proof. I have no issues receiving the paid for pack, but do not however receive the claimable rewards.

When I used that, the fragments automatically went to the others I had saved. I don't think it would be something that you physically open in your inventory.

Yep.

The fragments you received from the rebate claim, automatically go towards your inventory.
