Regarding server merges. You let a server 3 month old and with less than 100 players get arena updated w/o thinking that would block ascension in ranks for many and paying back with something like "we are sorry you couldn't understand what we wrote". Communication is good, improve that, but also correcting unfairness. Watching people getting all those frags after 1 month of waiting for those rewards really kills the mood.
Frustration is the word.
Regarding future polls, until actual actions, just seems another tactic to make people feel fulfilled (as it is with server merges threadS).
PS: it starts with unfairness like that, and one mistake trigger (one deleted tool lvl1 mistake) to make people quit, and i just saw a mate quitting like that, now the person i played with is gone and here i am watching the group offline time. -

I sincerely apologize on behalf of the team for the miscommunication about the arena rewards. Regarding the polls, if it is just another tactic to make people feel fulfilled, we wouldn't have wasted time to create new banner for it, new section, and think about how to communicate with the community over it.
We really do intend to communicate as much as possible with the community.
Well, arena is going fine right? everybody loves it as it is right? Why listen to dozen reports in the Customer Service when you guys spent 30 mins acepting what should normal standard (talking about communication here) 20 mins altering banner and creating a new thread and telling us to send email when... i dont even know. SORRY about the sarcasm, just read oficial website "Arena Seasons Rewards Announcement". Is it with stuff like joking with people reactions you call communicate? Just read:
“OMG! This Season I’m going to get amazing rewards! I might have never reached Six Paths Sennin, but I’m a Kage! Those rewards are already pretty amazing!”
“Are you kidding with me? I was supposed to get the Kage rank rewards! What is this scam?”

Yeah.. i just noticed, and actually wrote a thread on customer service asking for clarification, because, if im right no matter if i reach Kage in the next seasons, i will always receive less than a genin rank that was six path in the past on their own server. I hope im not right.
Their comunication skills are thru the roof. Just went to read that oficial notice again. Just to make me happy.

stop the use of "this make sense/it doesnt" when your in reality just giving a propozle, One of the reasons the 60day less server cant get rewards could be as simple as the ninjas are RNG ba
sed and your not suppost to be able to get them untill after 2months of the game which should open up kage treasure lvl vice by that time,
Just stop using the word mkaes or doenst make sense and pu* as your einstein and figured out how to travle through space by transforming your face into a troll.
If you want to be taken serius well star t writing the same way, You wouldnt go to your teacher and say "hey teacher that other guy in class he does extra x-class beside school so let me get the grades easier" or "hey boss, the guy that does more the company then me that gets paid more then me, i want the same income fo money as him" when you instead could say "hey teacher im not so good at x-class, is there a way you could help me out" or "hey boss, i do need to earn more money can you help me with a solution ont hat"
I'm sorry; i'm not even native english, but i can't read what you are saying; but i can say you are implementing RNG in everything. Are you for real? If a game does that, only idiots will spend money.
