  This is just step 1 of what we are trying to improve on. While I understand that the recent bugs/problems/maintenance time/etc is making the community dissatisfied, we are really trying our best to improve on our communication with our players. This isn't anything like a "post-it-to-look-like-we-care" post. We did brainstorm on how to communicate better with the community for quite some time and I think this idea is worth a look at to be honest.
  
  My view on arena: some complained unfairness for being matched with someone with BP higher than yours, some complained long matching time, and others complained about no cross server. I don't understand how unfairness work in arena as the only stats you bring in is the initiative bonus. Without this bonus, I believe more people will be complaining about arena as it will become a battle of who used their skill first and who have a better internet connection.
  
  As for long matching time, I believe this is due to matching to people near your rank and very few people are at that rank matching. I personally never gone beyond 5min~ for a match (I am at Kage right now). However, I believe that there is another bug affecting this matching mechanism for some people/server and we are still in the midst of investigation. T_T

• Well, arena is going fine right? everybody loves it as it is right? Why listen to dozen reports in the Customer Service when you guys spent 30 mins acepting what should normal standard (talking about communication here) 20 mins altering banner and creating a new thread and telling us to send email when... i dont even know. SORRY about the sarcasm, just read oficial website "Arena Seasons Rewards Announcement". Is it with stuff like joking with people reactions you call communicate? Just read:
  
  “OMG! This Season I’m going to get amazing rewards! I might have never reached Six Paths Sennin, but I’m a Kage! Those rewards are already pretty amazing!”

• stop the use of "this make sense/it doesnt" when your in reality just giving a propozle, One of the reasons the 60day less server cant get rewards could be as simple as the ninjas are RNG based and your not suppost to be able to get them untill after 2months of the game which should open up kage treasure lvl vice by that time,
  
  Just stop using the word mkaes or doenst make sense and pu* as your einstein and figured out how to travle through space by transforming your face into a troll.
  
  If you want to be taken serius well star t writing the same way, You wouldnt go to your teacher and say "hey teacher that other guy in class he does extra x-class beside school so let me get the grades easier" or "hey boss, the guy that does more the company then me that gets paid more then me, i want the same income fo money as him" when you instead could say "hey teacher im not so good at x-class, is there a way you could help me out" or "hey boss, i do need to earn more money can you help me with a solution ont hat"
