Same way as battle armor.

If you get 50 fragments of the clothing, you unlock it. It will give stat boost to all of your ninjas.

Clothing bonuses stack; if you have 2 different clothing, stats from both will apply to all your ninjas.

You cannot get two sets of the same clothing. The game does not allow you to.

I'm not really sure, but I think you can buy clothing fragments from the shop function. :)

sometimes its in events where you can have it by redeeming points, so we have to wait

guys right now the ceremonial kimono fragment is in konoha gift shop on the limited sales tab for five days only, it can be purchased with coupons or ingots
