1＃ Go ToDear Ninjas,
In light of all the misunderstandings concerning the Arena Season, we are here today to explain on how the Arena Season system works.We will do a practical explanation today, with examples of possible situations.
First of all, the picture below shows the Season Rewards for Arena. Please, have a look.

Second, after receiving so many questions on Arena Rankings and the Season Rewards for each rank, we are going to give you three(3) different situations that we believe are the most common to our players.
Third, in order for a server to unlock the availability of "Arena Season Rewards", "All Server" are required to have the minimum age of 60 days (Counted from day 1 server opened) before or during the new season starts. Situation 1 “OMG OMG OMG! Yes! Got to Six Paths Sennin rank and look at that... So many rewards! Wow!!”
“I bet this time I’ll receive AWESOME rewards for this Season!”
“OMG OMG OMG! 90 frags?! WOW!” *5 minutes later* “Wait, what?! No! My points should have reseted to 0, but instead I have 12?! What do I do?!”
Fear not, dear ninja. Actually, you should feel very happy since you have managed to reach Six Paths Sennin rank! Congratulations! However, you might have to strive again for that rank in the next Season! That is… If you wish to receive such rewards! You now have 12 Rank Points, because you received them as one of the Arena Season’s rewards! Unfortunately, if during the next Season you only manage to reach Kage rank, you will only receive the rewards for the Kage rank instead! Keep fighting to reach Six Paths Sennin to get more of those amazing rewards! In addition to that, since we are already in the middle of the month, it is normal that ninjas who have reached Six Paths Sage rank will have their rank reseted to Special Jonin rank. Good luck!
Situation 2 “OMG! This Season I’m going to get amazing rewards! I might have never reached Six Paths Sennin, but I’m a Kage! Those rewards are already pretty amazing!”
*end of the month comes*
“Are you kidding with me? I was supposed to get the Kage rank rewards! What is this scam?”
We do understand your frustration, but please, we ask that you first check the Rules for the Arena’s Seasons.
Players will only receive a higher rank’s rewards AFTER the FIRST TIME you achieved Six Paths Sennin rank! This is in order to encourage all of you go farther and farther in the Arena! Reach Six Paths Sennin rank in the next Season and you will start getting the rewards of your dreams! Keep pushing forward, dattebayo!~
Situation 3
“I’ve finally reached Six Paths Sennin rank! Amazing, look at those! Coupons… eheheh!”
*1st Season ends* “WOW! Look at those!
“Now I can relax and get really neat rewards! As long as it is not those minimum rewards, I’m already pretty happy! I’m aiming for Kage rank! Maybe next Season I’ll put more effort into it!” *2nd Season ends* “Kage rewards are pretty amazing themselves! I’m aiming for Six Paths Sennin rank again, but I feel kind of lazy… Maybe I’ll just work until Super Kage rank for this Season, since I believe that Points only reset if I reach Six Paths Sennin rank.” *3rd Season ends* “I still got the Super Kage rank rewards, But wait! My rank actually reseted to ninja school and after claiming the Super Kage rewards, my rank jumped to Chuunin! Next time I’ll do better, I’m sure I’ll make it to Six Paths Sennin!”
Yes, it is true! If you do not rank up, but you have already reached the Six Paths Sennin rank once, Your latest rank will be reseted! At the same time, you will be rewarded with the highest rank you've achieved in that season.

- Acer, there's one thing that makes absolutely no sense though. As you stated, if you do not reach six paths, you get the minimum rewards for the season, fine. Since that is the case, why are there other reward tiers shown? It seems redundant to include them if they're impossible to obtain.

it is not impossible to obtain, once you've reached the Sage of Six Path ONCE you will be able to obtain those lower tier rank rewards in other seasons, so no harm done. It is shown to motivate you guys to carry over to the highest Tier.

- Just to confirm, our ranks are currently being fixed? I read that those who hit 6 Path in the previous season were supposed to retain 6 Path for this season as well, but many have been bugged back to super jonin.

kindly go through the post again, it has been stated that ALL Sage of Six Path will be RESETED to Super Jounin (this season) with additional 12 points as one of the rewards in Season Arena for Sage of Six Path.

- Oh I see, the way you've tried to explain that is not very clear. Maybe instead of euphemizing, you should just * to giving out information clearly and directly. There's been enough instances of miscommunication between the players/mods/devs that clarity should be the most important thing when you have to explain something.

We have also, updated the post regarding server age requirements for Arena Season Rewards. We also duly noted some players apart complying to all the requirements yet, still having issues. Please be patient as we are trying our best to fix it.

Don't take this the wrong way but it's not a "consideration", it's an "obligation" from the Naruto Online Team to the Player ba
se that communication is clear and transparent.
I've only been in this community well over a month and already within ONE DAY, we see multiple instances were information was not clear and transparent to us when it should've been from the beginning. I'm not trying to * on you Acer, you're doing the best you can to your ability and that is infinitely appreciated and respected but do know that other's views are different here in the West.

again i have to reiterate, the word considerations here are referring to the method that we used in order to relay informations and examples to player.
As much as we are trying to make it as "friendly player" as possible while maintaining the integrity of the informations.
With that being said, there is NO organizations that would do harms to their own community intentionally for the benefits of all, we have to agree everyone is trying their best to improve the gaming experience :)

According to the write up, I should have gotten the basic rewards for the season and NO ONE on server 273, which is older than 60 days, which fits into all these new rules, HAS RECEIVED ANY rewards.
I was just trying to report a bug for my server and got weird remarks back, in the other thread. :/

upon checking server 273, opened on 12th December 2016 thus it doesn't comply to the minimum age of 60 days on 1st February 2017.

still waiting for a response on this matter, I have asked this question 4 times in the forums in different topics and nothing yet.
as if extra non existing rules take priority to explain mistakes made by Oasis and rules that exist are ignored, its starting to piss me off.

sorry for the delay in answering your question. As you can see the rules that you highlighted are specifically put under "Arena's Season". So it is actually referring to the arena season rewards.
While it is mentioned there, you can obtain Konohamaru Corps fragment, it is obtainable from the random frags gifts. Yes the example used here might be a bad one i have to agree.

- So if I reached Six Path before the 2.0 arena update, and now this first season post 2.0 I only hit Super Kage, that means I get the Super Kage rewards and not the lowest right? Or do I need to hit Six Path again post 2.0?

yes, if you already hit the six path sennin before the cross server update and you've received sage of six path rewards after the maintenance + rank reseted to super jounin. For this season if you reached Super Kage you will get Super Kage reward.

-SEASONAL REWARDS-
Requirements: Server must be >60 days old (if it reaches 60 days during the Season, you will be able to claim the rewards; 60 days start counting 1 day after the Server has opened);
Situation 1. Players who never achieved Six Paths Sennin rank, will only get the minimum rewards. His Arena Rank Points will not be reset, so that this player continues to have a chance to reach Six Paths Sennin rank (reach it and you’ll be under Situation 2’s rules).
Situation 2. If a player has reached Six Paths Sennin rank ONCE in his entire playtime, once a Season ends, the player will be able to claim the rewards for the achieved rank after which, his Arena Rank Points will all be reset for the next season.

I'm sorry, but how did you interpret that underlined sentence as it will be reset every season regardless? I would like to take your side, but you've got to enlighten me on this aspect.
I don't know how "Your rank will not reset" can be interpreted any other way else, and it also states "you will keep winning the rewards for the rank in which you were".
