over 10 minutes queue in arena Ranked matches.. i reached six path Senin but i cant find any matches anymore

So basically what it's saying that anyone under Six Paths will not get rewards despite there being a list for them?

Hello everyone.

Since we are getting a lot of tickets on our support or a lot of question not only via PM but also on our Facebook page, I'm here to explain what is happening and what are we going to do.

Problems with arena, that includes arena rewards.
Most of you already know that, unfortunately, we have few problems with Arena season and rewards for your current Arena season. At the moment, we are still collecting reports and data regarding arena and all problems connected with it. If you didn't receive your arena rewards, make sure to report it. We will look into it.
Keep in mind, in order to receive full rewards you have to reach rank "Sage of the six paths". If you rank is lower than mentioned rank, you will receive rewards for the lowest rank. Everything is explained in the season rules. !! THIS IS NOT BUG !!

As for your rank, our plan was not to reset your ranks this month and let you keep your current rank. That means free rewards next month. If you are already "Sage of the six paths", you don't have to do anything. You will just get your rewards again at the start of next month. But the main problem we have with ranks is that players are reporting their ranks were changed and they have to start from zero (from the lowest rank). This is not intended and it will be fixed.

Group summon
Okay, first let me say we are really sorry about this "update". This wasn't supposed to come out yet and we are now deciding if we will keep this feature in the game or if we will remove it and add it back at the right time. We know it is already in the game and most of you are happy about it. The reason why we are considering to remove it from the game is that we need and want to make sure it will work as it should. I can't share anymore info about this feature, sadly. We will update you with our result as soon as possible.

If you have any question, feel free to ask and I will gladly answer your questions and concerns.
@Edit : And just to calm everyone. If you want to hear my opinion about Group summon, it won't be removed. Maybe I used the wrong types of words. I'm sorry about that one. But we are still discussing what to do with Group summon.

Quick question: Although I'm sure you can't tell us why we won't be having the rewards from ranks below Six Paths this month but after February, will players receive their intended rewards from Genin to Super Kage? Or is the relevant spot is Six Paths and all other rewards will be removed?

Why give out rewards in the first place then, would be better to wait giving out rewards until next time so it would be fair to all players.
I did have six path rank before 2.0 patch, but after patch there has been no people to match up against. longest queue so far for me was over 15 hours.

Your current rewards and rank are from January. You were supposed to get them at the start of the month but due to problem on our side, you did not.

There are rewards between Ninja Student and 6 Paths. You're saying that you'll only give out those two right now and those between them, will not be handed out. Is this just for this month or is this a permanent thing?

Will the only ranks in Arena that'll matter are Ninja Student and 6 Paths?

Sorry to ask this, but if our ranks were reset, do we provide an image of that via pm or this forum? That way we can guarantee our ranks to still give us the full benefit or would you guys know on your end?

Hi! Sorry, if i ask but i get lost in the english sometimes :L... So, if i understand correctly, in arena i, for example, should have stayed as Six paths instead of restarting from special jonin?
About Group summons, let's hope there aren't too big problems from the out of schedule release ;P...

Hi this is Neo from server 146.
I want someone to give me some clarifications about arena.
So i was rank1 ( Will of the Six Paths at arena ) .
I still have the title but as you can see in the images if i go arena i am now at Anbu rank with 19 points.
Do i need to play arena and get Six Paths again? Or if i don't play arena this month i get the rewards again from the January rank?

For now, just keep your screenshots and do not delete them. Collecting such reports via PM is way too complicated and it might be also chaotic.

Yes. That was/is our plan. We felt like it is not fair towards our players from our side to reset their ranks in the middle of the month just because we had technical problems. That's a no-no.

Wait, so i played arena for nothing today?

Will there be problems with giving back the 6 paths rank? Because other than konohamaru corps I have no other proof that I was that rank. I deleted the email with the attachement.

Although in the arena rankings on the server nothing has changed, so maybe that also.

As for what you can do, actually yes. That ranking is awesome example. Screen your current arena rank, arena ranking and maybe if you still have your message with rewards and keep them. Once I get response from our team, I will let everyone know.

I am noticing a serious drop in game quality as of late.

You(Staff of Naruto ENG) often use words like, " im not sure", "ill ask the team", " maybe ", " in my opinion".

I really don't want to waste time doing Group Summon event just to find out it will no longer be their when i wake up the next morning.

I know you don't create the updates yourself but pls tell Naruto ENG staff to pull their * together.

You overly charge for events compared to other servers and are milking the game for every $1 and still can't create a solid gaming environment.

I guess in the End what they say is true, "Even though you don't understand Chinese you still have a better gaming experience with the Original".
EDIT : I have played a number of Oasis games before and all have turned out to be utter dissapointments, I expected more since the word "OFFICAL" was used but i now realise words are often thrown around far too easily and i hope future creations of our beloved Anime have more thought taken into them.
