Hello this is Nova from S15
Today we got a new system: Group Summon.
There is no official announcement about it, so I just did a research in CN database.
This guide may not be 100% accurate since they may adjust a bit for US server.
To the best of my knowledge
What is Group Summon?
Let's make it simple:
You catch the beast
You Feed the beast
Then it gives u bonus stats and FIGHT for your group during group war
Step 1: Catch

Currently we, we only have the Serpent.
Your group can challenge it twice a week. The leader and seniors can setup the time.
The battlefield is exactly the same as world boss.
The fight last 30 minsEach player has 4 attempts to fight the serpent
A fight usually last 10 rounds since the serpent won't have enough dmg to kill you, unlike the Kurama.
Lv60 Serpent has 15m HP, so it will die super fast if your group is strong.
Reward:
The reward is based on dmg ranking
rank1 : 50k exp, 150k coins, 30coupon 7 fragment
rank2: 45k, 120k, 25, 5
rank3: 40k, 120k, 20, 3
rank4-10: 35k, 80k, 15, 2
below 10: 30k, 70k, 15, 1
You need 100 fragments to summon the serpent.
So do the math, if your group want to summon it from 1 attempt, you need 81 participants. from 2 attempts, 31 participants.
If your group can't kill the serpent, the reward will be "greatly reduced". I can't find any info about the actual "reduced rewards" at this moment.
Step 2: Feed

You can feed it with group chakra
There are two ways to get group summon chakra.
1: Sacrifice.
You can obtain different chakra from daily quests. (9 each day) Also from group wheel.
You can submit them to earn group summon chakra for you group
If you submit a set at once, your group get 25 chakra
If you submit individually, each one = 2 group summon chakra, 2*5=10
so do the simple math.

There is also a trade system
You can trade extra chakra with group members for the one you need.
Let's say you have extra fire, you need wind.
Then you can sell your fire and ask for wind.
Other group members can pay you a wind to buy your fire.
You can exchange 3 times a day, which should be totally enough to get a full set
You c*so sell it for coupon, the max price is 30 coupon. You can do so once a day.
However, the buyer need to pay with ingot, you still receive coupon
2: turn in extra fragment for group summon chakra
1 fragment = 1 group chakra
The maximum group summon chakra is 10,000
Each day, the summon will consume 7% max group summon chakra and earn some exp (in other word, 700 a day)
It will have higher stats and provide better bonus to group members.
The level cap is 35 + Group level * 5
so for lv 10 group, the level cap for summon is 85
Step 3: fight

Group summon can participate the group war and provide bonus stats for everyone in the group.

Summon's stats and bonus are affected by your group's current Group Summon Chakra. (GSC)
If your group have more than 8000 GSC, then the summon will have full stats and bonus.

- Selling to your alt doesn't actually work unless your a casher. I tried selling one and its only purchasable using ingots. Otherwise it means mine was bugged, since the 1st time i registered it didnt show but ate my chances. This post was last edited by HyuugaHara at 2017-2-16 22:57

Given the nature of the capture fight, and the fact that are 4 attempt per person limit, I take it the proper way to maximize reward is for everyone to only fight it once, wait until the last 10 minute, then go free for all?
And if the group is strong enough such as a single hit from each person is more than enough to kill it (so not everyone have a chance to tap), then the tap must all be made with a week team and real damage only done in the last 10 minute free for all (which is 3 per playre, if 1 per player is "too much", 3 per player will kill it easily)
10 minutes should be sufficient for 3 fights, even if it lasts 10 rounds. If there are issues that c*ways be expanded to 15 minutes.
Frankly, the difference between 1st rank and last place is negligible, only 80k coins and 15 coupons. So hopefully getting everyone to work together won't be too hard.
yes, to maximize the profit, a group should make sure that every group member have a chance to touch the Summon at least once -

Hi there,
I think I could use more information on "Harvest" now that I have attained Serpent summon for my group.
I have also made it at 80% which has given me 100% bonus attribute.
My question is whats next?
1. Despite already having the serpent summon, I still have "Catch" function available to get serpent frags, exp, coupons etc, but what do I do with the extra serpent frags? Do I convert them all to summon chakra?
2. Do I focus on levelling serpent level? What about other summons that are locked? It did not unlock despite already having the serpent, nor the difficult mode get unlocked either.
3. You mentioned the summon consumed summon chakras daily? So the % of chakra abundance get reduced daily? and you have to constantly feed him with summon chakra in order to sustain 100% bonus attributes? - Yes I have received the email that it consumed 700 chakra, keeping up with 700 chakra daily is no joke.
4. There are possibilities of having more than 1 group summon, if I have 2, can I use both in a GNW or I can only pick one?
Finally, the 1 million dollar question is, do I dump all my group funds in serpents or wait for other better summons?

Most of your questions are answered by Achoroma.
As a group leader, I will suggest dumping all resources to The Serpent for several reasons.
1. the bonus from different summons will stack
2. It consumes 700 chakra daily, you need to fill it anyway. if you have at least 25 active players in group, 700 a day shouldn't be a pain in as$.
3. No one knows when will they release the next summon. Get the advantage now. -

However it does consume both group summon chakra and group funds to level up your serpent, this is where i meant from using group funds.
Yup, you gotta have 25 active players in a group and without it, it will take longer time to level the serpent and most importantly enjoy thr bonus attributes. This will definitely make bigger groups more attractive, like a game changer.
How about the difficult mode of serpent?

Well, you can just ignore the group funds part. You only spend 1 group funds with 1 chakra. not a big deal.The difficult mode will just give you chance to catch other summons (different type of fragments).
