Unfortunately, We can't do anything about Group Management.
If the leader keeps returning only to leave again, I'll suggest leaving the guild and joining a new one. Or start up your own guild.
However, If you do want to stay. It takes 7 days of inactivity to impeach your leader. It does cost ingots.
