I can't seem to do Plunder, Ranked Battles, Arena, Team Instance and Group Instance in my account in S358. It was doing okay for a month up until yesterday. I'm getting annoyed. What seems to be the problem?

I tried using VPN too but it's still the same.

I used my alt (Exe) to do Team Instance and this happens.

My main, Ece, keeps on loading then it goes offline.
But apparently my alt can enter Team Instance =\
