Switch to water for 95-99 and focus on poisoning and igniting them, instead of trying to use specific elements.

I did it at 26k pow with konan ningendo shurado as wind. Your best bet is to probably switch to water; you have the pow and ninjas to do it with relative ease.

If you insist on staying on wind (without ningendo); you'll probably need to wait until your combo chain can outright kill asuma and/or guy, which will probably take well over 30k pow...

Or do it with the strat above... and pray for hinata RNG. (You will probably need to try for many hours before hinata will actually block enough times to not die.)
