Not really with common ninjas, you c*e him with basic team (hinata + sasuke) but he wont be much effective.

Main team can won over others only with brute force as i don't see much combos. Kindly post your ranked team setups along with the lineup they are set in, so i can help you in much better way.

yeah you can add any ninja you like in team but i wont recommend using him as he wont shield your main.

Upgrade your hinata to 2* atleast using ranked shop and get kabuto asap from survival shop; try this team. Hope it helps you.

what do u exactly mean with use summon runes accordingly?
i just put all the runes at the summon i use right?

yeah but you need to upgrade them too like magatamas, you are lacking power as compared to your level.

thats true, but im leveling up my summons when i can. but dont have runes anymore. im maxing everything. magatamas, refining etc. but my power is still low

by your level you should have all of the blue and most of purple summons if not all, then using fb sharing get free summoning scroll frags and you get a rune for first try on every summon and rune for successfully recruiting summon. Use summon shop points to get level 3 runes and upgrade your level 3 to level 4. Sage battlefield and matsuri are good to get summon points.

Your ninja tools doesn't seem to have any resistance for fire water and earth. Could you tell me the mood on your main and it's level; your attack seems less a bit in comparison to your life.
