I'll get kimimaro to 3* as fast as possible.

This is the order in which you should buy from shop in my opinion:

Group - Medium Refines, konan; Arena - Nothing; Ranking - Low Refines if you need them, Hinata, Sai; Survival - Kabuto; Summon - Any summon you need or make all your level 3 runes to level 5; Space Time - Deluxe Tactics Page; Space Time Bet Shop - Medium Thread, Seal fragment, Summon fragment, if you need (Low level refine, Common thread, Magatama)

Want wich team should i aim as a f2p player?

There are plenty of team you can achieve as a f2p, it depends on ninjas you have and main you play. Mb f2p blitz team: Iruka, Kimimaro, Sasuke and Midnight blade with serpent summon.

Could you help me out with a lightning team or maybe and earth or wind? Thank you :D
