just a quick question: do 'anbu special assault tactics' and 'hot blooded guidance' (Guy's passive) stack?

If you could chose between all ninjas and summons. What team would you suggest for PVP and what for Arena ? (Only ninjas that are in the neg version).

Unfortunately for now, you can only use basic lightning team setups, in order to use your kage gaara, you need to have some chakra builder ninja like mabui, sage naruto etc., here are the few basic lineup ideas you can try. Sorry for late response.

Unfortunately, you have most of the common ninjas, you can do basic lightning team:

Sasuke iruka lightning main

here are some few lineups, you can change iruka to killer bee in 1st formation, these lineups are not perfect, you can tweak them however you like. Hope it helps you.

Ninjas which have status effect like immobile is my preferable choice, and some extra effect like paralysis, ignition, blindness, acupuncture will be a plus for pvp and arena, i choose relevant summon to connect maximum possible chases (preferably golden). In short, i like control teams better than blitz teams.
