I don't like cee in the first place. You can troll people with him if you have 10k more power than them, but i would never use him in the first place. And i got him 5 stars'ed.

I think you c*e the boring MB, kimimaro, Sasuke, iruka team, replacing iruka with cee... if you are totally sure you want to use him.

A best team with MB and Cee is the team without Cee.
Use the boring but powerful team til you get enough resource for black hidan, bee and enough seal for roshi coming in the future.
Then boom wah la you get yourself a standard end game meta team :lol
Just try ur best to get all your ninjas mood to 65% and you should be fine with that team.

try with the basic root team sasuke & kimimaru

i can't think of 1 with Cee, cuz i dont hav him, but try Sasuke, hinata, and kabuto with white snake and high float chase. its pretty op 2 me. about a 25 hit combo.

I got Cee on my first draw 10 Kage Treasure pull. Imagine my disappointment. (got kurotsuchi next during a free draw, but that's another story)

Strictly speaking on paper, you can try Sasuke and Hinata. Hinata defends first, Cee absorbs chakra, Sasuke use the absorbed chakra to cast his barrier. Second turn, blind and unbuff everybody while you use your AoEs. And so on. It probably lacks a lot of raw power though, so if you want more power, go for Bee and Darui instead. But they're all super expensive.

But seriously, dispersing buffs is really situational and niche, and not really worth constructing your team specifically for.

Cee Is Pretty Amzing in a GNW Comp especially if you paired with other MB's seen it 1st hand Cee is good maybe not to the usual meta running people but there are usefulness for these guys meta isn't always the best:loveliness:

I used the normal boring team with mb, hinata, saduke, kabuto, and I could never win arena games. I replaced Kabuto with Cee and immediately started winning games. The whole lineup is lightning so theyre buffed by mb’s lightning enhancement and the enemy team gets debuffed turn two because of cee’s ability. you can get combos from hinate mb and sasuke. Im Kage in arena now. Do with this as you will
