Fantastic help as always. Thank you for addressing the problem of the non fair matchmaking that you guys have since the start of matsuri cross server or the non existant try to make it fair. Because fighting someone 5 levels higher than you and 15k+ power higher than you is normal.

No it doesnt try to match with people as equally if my first match is against someone 10k+ power higher and after i lose 2 matches i still am matched with someone 15k+ power higher, and not even 10 seconds i was in the queue. So dont sweet talk that over.
