First, comparing to other version she "should" be because that "other version" give her out together with sasori when they updated the shop. Delaying it make people think they're treated worse ba
sed on which version they're playing on. It make them feels like there is some kind of discrimination.
But since we all know each version has a different admin team who schedule update differently, let's look into the second reason.
Konan is a ninja from seal treasure, specialize in buffing for akatsuki.
Now when was akatsuki meta? Pre 2.0. It was then that Tobi and Rogue Earth is everywhere, even group war is crowded with Deidara Fire team. After the 2.0 update what are the me ta team that actually use akatsuki?
1st is Hidan 2 which should always goes with Bee, leaving the other slot for danzo or mifune or any other damage buffer rather than someone who would only buff 2 target.
2st is Tendo Blitz.
3st is Sasuke SSN
And all 3 of that require super rare ninjas which are VERY rare that shouldn't even be considered "current" meta.
All in all, Konan isn't useless, but she had lost alot of her earlier value. Giving her out in exchange shop by now would be more reasonable than trying to sell her in any event as hated as a ((((wheel)))).
But that's just my answer to your question, more like a suggestion. I amtotally not against that wheel since it's up to the player choice either to spend their money wisely or not. :)

It doesn't really matter what are other versions doing. As you said, we are the team behind this version and we have our own update plan and schedule. We will add Konan to the shop .. at the right time. -

Lol smd Oasis. These events are so bad. As I have promised, dear mod, let be salty this week ninjas. I encourage everyone to be salty this week. It's time to demand what we want and refuse this dikhead NA team that running this server
PS. Some funny mod here even said to me on Monday that this will be one of the best events ever since. OMG, 40k for minato, k, Hidan the normal in sakura blessing, ok. Yeah I really realy want to be salty. salty every day salty whole week

1. i am really glad you posted this events this early so dont let all this flame bother you including a little of my own frustration, okay now that thats outta the way i think the big reason why people are complaining this time is because everyone was expecting something big for the new year events and im sure after looking across servers at their other events they will continue to flame harder. I know every one on my server was hypeing up for this weeks coming events but i think we c*l agree their kinda meh besides Minato which is quite a bit over priced imo, But for real nice job on posting the events this early ive wanted this for weeks. -

- You're also right but let's be honest, there a some that will spend BIG dollars regardless of how good or bad the event is to stay ahead of the curve and there's nothing wrong with that. I just wish more F2P players would seek out the other versions that shall not be named and save accordingly then you can some what stay within the top 5-10 of your respective servers. Then you create a larger gap between f2p and p2w players, f2p and mild spenders get discouraged after getting thrashed over and over again as some events are really beyond them. Let some p2w players *ed up and own d server, d server keep losing active players and voila. -

Let me be clear about minato, yes is the game changing ninja, susano itachi or any super are don't even come close, yes i have him and yes i will gladly take the 80 frags for a future 4* bcs HE IS TO GOOD, he is Ultra rare value.You guys want everything for free or for low money, can you guys get back to reality ? This is not how life works.

I'm not sure if this is the case but I believe the minato that's everyone's talking about to be super strong isn't the hokage version but the jonin one. -

Not in my eyes, I have them both on CN version, And when jonin minato comes, hokage one with books is better by far.Also Ask Killua how good is minato how he lost with raikage team with 13k more power in matsuri :) -

Lol you serious what CN server are u playing. I'm in CN server too, later no one or only small amount of peple using the hokage version. Mostly they use ninjas in later treasure. Give me your acct name, I really want to see how strong you are with that minato hokage version :lol -

Problem is, there isn't anything worth spending on in the current events to make it even worth spending 40k. And your server probably *. Every Minato team would get waxed against any decent pvper who knows how to build teams on my server. He's just not that great. He's okay at best. Dear Player,
Let me enlightened you with a new perspective ^^.
Minato frags are given free as a rebate of 5k ingot.
Lets say a player not willing to spend 20k of ingot just 5k ingot this week so he will get 5Minato frags for free.
Wait for a better event or another Minato event next time do another 5k ingot and get more frags.
The terms is collecting frags overtime, you will see it was never worth of 40k ingot but its worth every ingot you spend on something you want so bad and get Minato frags for free as a bonus :)
As one of the player highlighted, we lived in a world that people nowadays want everything so fast, they overlook the alternatives.
I hope this helps. Appreciate your feedback and suggestions in the future.
