Idk why people keep b1tching about Konan not being in shop? If you want her so badly you should got her already because she come back in events from time to time. I'm f2p here and I got her like months ago while she was in meta (pre 2.0 where Tobi and fire were powerful). The reason you don't have her yet is because you never work to get her so please, stop ur b1tching. She is not even that powerful atm because most akatsuki ninjas are outdated and you need to get their upgrade version in the future.
If you want her now, pay.

To deal with that, people just need to stop spending on these kind of events. If they can't get money from her then they will remove her from events, same goes for all the pains. It's not much a big deal.

Well I'm f2p and I like it that way, 40k is a little too low for me, should have been 50k. ;P
The less people have him the better for me because I and pretty much all f2p will never affort to get him so yea...

I got her with 0 money spent because I collected her fragment from time to time in events, is that count? She is not that strong, get over it.
None ask you to pay your coupon/ingot to get her. The only thing that worth spend cp in this game is either power house ninja or pure power and believe me she is not a power house ninja.
So if you are planning to spend coupon on a outdated ninja, I think you're doing wrong. Even if I start again in new server, I won't bother with her.

In this week event, the only reason to spin is for Ino bikini version, not Konan.
I still don't get your logic, why make a fuss about her while you can just ignore her and move on?

I don't get it why people have to flame everyweek about events. Don't get me wrong, I did flame and * talked about event before but that was "Fishing event".
Okay so I'll review all events in this month and give my thought about it. Also I'll give tips for p2w on how to spend your money right.

1. 5th January :
- Lucky star : Meh
- Limited packs : If I'm a p2w player, I'd pick up some of these packs.
- Ninja Puzzle : 140 cp and 2 seal scrolls for everyone. 10/10 love it.
- Summon Rebate : It's ok to have rebate event but it's doesnt really matter to me.
- Crazy slot machine : Meh for me but if I'm a p2w, I'll drop 10-20 bucks just to try my luck and slowly exchange my ingot for cp via "try your luck" everyday.
- Limited ninja and seal pack : I don't really care about this even if I'm a p2w.

2. 12th January :
- Time-limited Ninja Recruitment : Best event, I mean best reward exchange rate ever. I love this event. It gave me 50+ medium refine for FREE.
- Seal rebate : Don't really care.
- Daily purchase limit : Don't care.
- Ninja character plate : It's ok, gave me few summon scrolls.
- Wheel of fortune : Meh
- BA panic buy : If I'm a p2w, I'd buy tons of these and wait for BA rebate.

3. 19th January :
- Lucky wheel : Meh
- Treasure of the sage : I like it tho, I don't care about what they discount or how much they cost. They gave me free mood scrolls, cp and awaken mats.
- Mystery fruit : I don't really care, but if I have money to spare I'd pick up the 1st fruit.
- Refine rebate : No comment.
- Winter camp : I got some free cave keys, summon scroll and seal scroll from it. It's a nice event.
- Ayyyyy wheel : If I'm a p2w, I'l drop * load of my money to this but I won't aim for Ay. I'll save my ingot and aim for extra coupon, that's all.
- Arena training : Free stuff

But hey it's the only event where all reward has the equal chance in the wheel while others "wheel" are rigged with A useless reward has super high chance than B good reward.
All they need to do is increase the quality of the reward in it and I'm good.
- Ninja frag is ok, free frag always good.
- Low refine rune can be change to medium.
- Small stamina can be change to large.
- 1x seal fragment can be change to 2x.
- 5 cp can be change to 10.
- 10k coin can be change to 50k.
- BBQ can be change to lv 1 magatama box.
- Dango is dango or it can be change to 1x mood scroll.
