So let me explain what happened and what are we going to do.

What happened - As most of you already know, using "Batch use" function caused few problems. After we received first reports, we started investigating this issue. We found out that indeed, it is problem on our side and we immediately disabled this function. Players are no longer able to use this function until fix will be implemented to the game. We created thread about this problem and started collecting needed information.

Our solution - In next few days, we will start contacting affected players and we will be sending compensations to them. We need to make sure that they were affected by this problem and not by something else.

So please, be patient. We didn't forget about you or about this problem. It just takes some time to contact huge community as ours.

While I can't promise you that we will have special events for holidays since it is not only up to me, I will make sure to let the rest of team know that players would like to see special events with special thematic during holidays (for example Spring festival, Easter, Halloween).
