[ Bugs ] Ranking King Title

I held number 1 for ranked battle for the full 7 days or atleast 6 days. Now that the 7 days is up i had assumed that the title would be given out, however i havent recieved anything. One thing that i wasnt able to do was claim my prize for holding it on the 7th day because I went to bed early. Is this a bug? do i just need to wait more time? Reply

Hey

For your to receive the Ranking King Title, you must claim it. (Preview Title) underneath it's the claiming *on.
If you haven't received it. Please screenshot your Merged Server ranked positions.

Well that's going to be a problem. The merged events tab is now gone so i cant actually preview the title anymore.

The only screenshot i can give you is todays ranked battle positions.

Unfortunately, we need the screenshots.
If it's only been 7-8 days. The merged server event should still be there and showing the results. They last for quite some time after the event itself ends.

This has nothing to do with me but just wondering you guys don't have the ability to look it up in the database or something to see if he got it? Because i mean ive saw posts asking about what summon rewards they got because they got dc during a draw 10 and you guys were able to check and tell them all the rewards they got from that draw 10 summon. Thing is the event disappeared on day 7 or 8. I didn't even get time to claim day 7 which I had assumed would of been yesterday. I'm unclear on the days as we merged on the 17th of Jan but like i said by the 24th of Jan the tab was gone.

Just to clarify this tobei, for the HK server, the "merger server event" function was gone at 21.00 on the tuesday. Therefore, there is no way for player to claim the last day reward for the ranking race.
I've post a thread similar to this one, so apparently it happens on most of the merged server.
