Events that last 1 day long? Honestly I have no idea what you were thinking. No wonder the events we currently have feel lackluster since you kept back 3 whole events for no reason whatsoever. You're actually asking us to sit through 15 wins of Arena in one day. That's absurd.
That aside, decent new events even though they last for so little. You might also want to fix 23th to 23rd in your post.

So let me explain what happened. This wasn't our actual plan. But we've received feedback from our players about problems with Naruto . And we were thinking, what we can do to satisfy our players and help them to receive this awesome ninja ?
We had long discussion about this and this is our solution and final result.

There is a lot of things you c*e your ingots on. For example, we have awesome events right now that can help you with that.
1 - Sage treasure (magatamas, refines and medium threads on discount)
2 - Refinement event
3 - Lucky star event (another chance to obtain Naruto fragments) -

- I never complained of events or whatever decisions you guys have made for events, but this is too much for me to be quite. I'm going to try not to be rude. First of all, i have no idea what is going in your minds to think its OK to put events and rebates at the end of the week, instead of all together on thursday (hype event day) alot of ppl spend or recharge for that week event, on the first few days, and then get screwed over cause new recharge event pops up randomly monday without no prior information, very *y move by you guys for the community that made you the best game of FB. Second, dont lie to us and say "this was not in our plans", you don't put one of the best recharge events without planning, especially with Ay, that a lvl 50 will get with 1 spin. Last you put a spending ingots event, at the end of the week after ppl spent their ingots already, with no decent event to even spend ingots on (star has a limit of 150 spins per day and very low limit of thing to buy - max 10 keys really?, plus a discount event that is not in our control to get what we need). Oh and you say that this was last minute, to give a chance for ppl to get naruto 9tails, but you put him at 100 pts each frag thats 1000 ingots per frag, your balance team need to be fired. I wish no one would spend ingots for these events just to teach you guys a lession, but won't happen cause its to good of an event. I am very sad with what you guys are doing making me think of leaving the game. I hope you guys learn with this and do not repeat it (all events most be on thursday). I'm sorry you feel this way but there is nothing we can do about it. Even though spins for Lucky star event are limited, there is still a lot of things you can spend your ingots on. -

- do you realise that 1 fragment costs 1k ingots??? 1k ingots = 20 euros... i mean can you think normally right??? 20 euros for 1 fragment ... you need 1000 euros for a ninja??? and that is not expensive right??? ok ....

This is just bonus for spending your ingots for whatever you want. In other words, yes you need to spend 1 000 ingots for 1 fragments but actually that one fragments doesn't cost 1 000 ingots. It's just special bonus for spending. -

- yea but they no spend ingots in wheel, its free draws after recharge and spend in others stuffs, why free player cant get 1 free draw its only 2 day event= 2 draws only.
I understand, but we are not planning to give everyone fee spins. It would be unfair to paying customers. -

I'm confused, is this the Naruto nine tail ninja that you can buy for 1000$ in this event? Because it sure looks like the same icon.
Not only the price is incredibly high, but also this ninja is absolute * tier. Since this event has been on our server for almost 3 weeks now, there is a lot of players who got him, and not a single one actually uses him because of how weak he is. *confused*

You are talking about 2 different things. As you can see on your screenshot, for first activation of Jonin medal, player will receive 30 fragments of Naruto which is enough to recruit his 2* star version. However, he has 2 more version. If you upgrade him to 3*, he will become 4 tails version. If you upgrade him for 4*, he will become 6 tails version. -

Thanks for the additional events, the wheel looks awesome.
Have one thing to say though, which was mentioned before. This is the 3rd time, that a recharge rebate event popped up towards the end of the week. I understand in might not be in your planning at first, but still..
Your team always says that you respect your paying players.. so what about those who already recharged earlier this week? Isn't it really unfair? doesn't this make them dissatisfied?
Is it really that hard to give them the due rewards if they were to recharge later?
Just saying these as a feedback. Personally these events don't bother me at all, as I don't spend much here anyway. But that's just me. If I were to recharge earlier and then noticed these, I'd feel very bad too.
As said before, since its more of a business, it will go a really long way if you show your good intention towards your customers time to time. And that can be so very easily done just by giving extra spin chances to those who already recharged in this week. Its a goodwill that keeps a business running, among other things.

As I have mentioned several pages ago, this wasn't planned. I understand that some players might be frustrated and trust me we are as unhappy about it as you are.Due to feedback we have received about Naruto and Lucky Star event, we felt like we should help and award our players in some way.
We understand it may be disappointing or confusing to some players but it is impossible for us to mention something like this sooner before we even talk about it. You can't want from us to mention something like this in Event thread, if we don't even know if something like this will happen or not. -

The Issues Daiske is the math,
50$ US for 30 frags equal = 1.66$ per frag
Next event was the ' Ramen Event"
Aprox 250$ for 50 Frags equals= 5$ per frag
New event for 50 Frags equals = 20$ per Frag......
Seems that the companies evaluations of this ninjas importance keeps fluctuating at a exponential rate....
For that I think people have a right to express the concern with you approval team.....
Dont get me wrong buddy I know its not you making the calls but you do have the direct contact to the people who do...I am a VIP 5 Players I spend alot of money in this game...and yes that is a choice I make but I can say after recharging 300$ us during this week and then having this event drop on the Monday of a event cycle makes myself and most likely other spending players feels ripped off....In retail online and or in person ( I own a chain of retail stores) if a promotion appears days after a purchase is made by a customer and that customers expresses he/she would like us to adjust his/hers bill we are inclined to match the promotion price a refund covering the diference as logn as it is winthin 7 days......Its called business in good faith This post was last edited by bac***@hotmail.com at 2017-1-23 00:52
But you also should keep in mind that this is different type of event. You do not have to spend anything towards this event. You actually get rewards from this event as bonus rewards to your other rewards or items either from another event or shop. -

Look Im ok with whatever price OASIS GAMES chose to set for a character example 900 pulls for a super rare in Kage Treasure about $2000 for super rare and a HELL of alot of other ninjas and materials used to level...what Im not ok with is a fluctuating price that has no rhyme or reason... If Naruto frags cost 1.66$ thats ok with me if the cost 5$ thats ok with me even if they cost 20$ thats ok with me BUT DAM have then CHOSE ONE

Also i understand u guys release these events becasue of the feedback like u guys said, but just release them in the next week with chinese new year. Then both party can be happy! But w/e the events are not bad but just *s its at the ned of week after people topped off

You might not have to agree with that player but since you are such a distasteful player and want to call someone out like this let me give the forum'ers some insight on you as a player.

A. You are known to demote and even kick players out from a group when they disagree with you or if they challenge you in any pvp event.
This is ruining another player's gaming experience and is against TOS in my opinion.
You as a player have no right in doing such and abusing your authority as a Senior in both your current and previous group.
B. We are a very small server, only 2 active groups. We have evidence of you telling your entire group to boycott or go after certain players b/c of your personal dislike for them. You as a player giving such commands and using your authority in such unethical ways is WRONG. You have no right to tell anyone not to help another player or they're booted?
C. No one hates this player you are referring to. He is the top dog on our server and from what I have heard and see, only you dislike him. Then again you dislike most people that go against you.
D. He is also talking for another player in our group. You detest him as well and you never talk to that player nor do you have access to our group chat. What the other post said in regards to another player is correct. No one asked OAS Games to hand that player a Raikage.
E. I have seen you call out this particular player before on forums. What is the motive? " NO ONE" calls other players out except for you. Please don't do this again as this is defamation of character. If you want to start a war on here and calling people out, we can post screenshots to the entire community on how you often purposely ruin another player's game experience and even in some cases breaking TOS .
Finally, this is my opinion as a less casual spender. At a certain point when a player is paying $5000 over short span of time and does not get lucky with any events whereas people are posting good results with minimal spending. There will be dissatisfaction. It is only human to be dissatisfied.
Yes it is the player's own choice to spend but as this game has no advertising revenue, it is clear that the spenders keep this game up and running for everyone else. Who pays the bills for the OAS Game staff?
From the standpoint of games devs, they would obviously love to see people spend more and ultimately be happy as well with their spendings. It's win win to both sides and entirely the whole game community as this will apply to not just 1 player and to everyone who participates in RNG events.
