Hello!

As topic says... Is Kabuto worth? I mean buying via survival shop. Or he will be useless in mid/late game? I play on the server where max lvl is ~45.

Well... I see no single player on my server that boosted kabuto to 3* and asking around if they will do it and they answer they will stay at 2* for now.

I personally think he is good but not that good to boost him to 3*. He is a decent character till we progress in game to recruit more powerful shinobi.
