yes check the photo of skills it has 4 collums , this was added after update ,and yes Tobi does not start combo but still his chase is one of the strongest in the game :) with fire main boost and Mei boost on fire Tobi becomes real tank . Good luck

What is the general strategy?

Well I went for main ligh , zabuza ,kakashi and last Gakido , you can do it a couple of times to see when every ninjas use its skill and how to counter , i did use a couple of different teams till I got it right . The important thing was I went for full dmg to quickly kill them :) Good luck

Its a exam where you only need 1 interuption, 2nd round Kakashi. My video is pre 2.0 but it works now too. If not, best replacement is Kankuro/KankuroGNW.

f2p = free 2 play , you can get Mei from 10 draw so its kinday free :D yes you need luck but still :P

yes you can get mei from draws and that would make her f2p tehnically, but the community considers free 2 play ninjas those you can get from instances or with points from shop, not ninjas that you can get from draws. not even the daily login nins are considered f2p, especially the early ones like gnw kiba and neji.
