Nope its not really about ignite/poison i was able to beat Fukuro on extreme with blitz team.

I was around 80k when I finally beat extreme as well.

I finished the 300k mark with minato[hokage], wind, iruka, pakura at 60k bp. I believe you can replace minato with other hard hitting wind like sage naruto but I never tried it.
