I got up to 235k with a 40k power team
sage naruto x x
baki garra x
wind main x x
(note a better config would move baki to where sage naruto is, wind main where baki is and sage naruto where wind main is, this would allow baki to apply debuff before all hits are made for the turn, but I haven't tested this and due to unwilling to mess with 8 gates and equipment, don't feel like it)

talent 14232 serpent
Turn one garra - wait for barrier - wait for baki debuff - main
Turn two baki + sage naruto
Turn three main - wait for all units to hit (ideally at start of sage clone attack animation, but for safety I usually do it during main's) - barrier drop
Turn four garra - wait for barrier - baki + sage naruto
Turn five wind main - wait for all units to hit - barrier drop

This developed from my 9 tail team, except instead of five kage temari, I use baki for his debuff (9 tail immune to debuff, so use temari to have queen's momentum gain more), and swapped windblade asuma for sage naruto, because garra barrier isn't enough--got ownt on turn 2, so asuma boost goes *. Whereas sage naruto is a strong bruiser and able to cast alongside baki due to his chakra boost.

I am considering trying baki+5k temari instead of sage naruto. I'm sure sage naruto deals way more damage than temari in a vacuum, but more team buff might be good.
