Since you have 4 stars gaara u should put him to use but u need a 3 star temari, kankuro and or baki. Try getting them to 3 stars to get a full wind damage team with them but for now u c*e
Sasuke/kakashi, shizune and hinata with summon gamachu (8 combos)
or if u really want to use zabusa (mist's seven swordsmen) then him, suigetsu and haku (3 stars) go really well together... but he's great for water mains not really wind main.
There's also sasuke-hinata and kankuro with summon: ninja cat that gives u 8 combos. I'm a lvl 58 wind main :) I plan on using baki, temari and gaara if i can get him to 4 stars.
You should try and get some of your ninjas to 3 stars asap. Try increasing your power, cultivating and awakening ninjas before rushing to lvl up. Capture more purple summons and draw ten from the summon treasure. Wind main either goes well with *l out female team which is the empress team combo or team with all wind attributes ninjas. Hope this helps you, white tiger can still work somehow but try to get ape as summon asap for this formation.

kakashi, zabuza, and sakura make a great combo, you can get at least a 50 combo
i highly recommend sakura or another ninja with medical jutsu (like kabuto)
hinata is also good, but get her to at least 3 stars until u use her

The most important thing for wind main is to finish the battle fast, preferably right after the 3rd round start as it is when you have the 2nd Rasengan attack.

So I would say put gaara in there and have him use his mystery immediately at the first turn. Then try to get baki if possible if not put Hinata into your line up to give you a bit of control. For the 3rd one, try to obtain Kabuto as healer. As for talent, Rasengan- Rasengan Barrage (This is one of my favourite as it will almost always trigger a combo)- Knock Down Rasengan- Next depend on your line up pick either Wind Dance or Windstle Enhancement. The last talent just go with Clones as it will at least increase your survival chance.

As for simmon go for the Bull because Wind have a lot of repulse and knockdown

The first picture is my recommended line up, the second one is the talents, and the last one is the line up I used to use that gave a lot of combos no matter who initiated the attack but they are a bit weak against other wind as sasuke can be easily be send on his way with one rasengan from wind main
