I'm not talking about the rares you could pull like Sage Naruto, nor the ones you have to spend for like Sailor Sakura, nor the ones that take some coupons and refining to get like Iruka, but the common ninjas you get through elite instances or survival trials, for example.

What do you guys think are the best common ninjas? And why?
