There were a number of screenshots floating about during the first few server launch events and indeed the additional stats are randomised.

Mine have six stat. I dont regret getting it. The mask is quite nice as well.
You get the stats random, so need some luck thought. The stats like life regen not that good, but mine have critical, combo, initative, life, attack and attack *ion. So its like 1 more lvl on refine for everyone.

its the best necklace u will see for a while the lvl 50 ninja tools arent near as good. it doesnt strengthen too well tho, but if u have the ingots to spend i would recommend it if u want an early power increase

I still use it at lvl 77 so yeah its pretty good. But the stats are RNG so you have to be a bit lucky.
