I find it funny that people whine so much about Tobi. He is a free ninja. Literally everyone will get him, no matter what, if they keep playing. You get him in plot instances just like Tsunade eg. He was one of the only f2p ninja good enough to fight spenders (at least early game, my server is pretty new), and now we are back to requiring luck to pull someone rare.

Not trying to start anything. Commented what I find funny about this situation, which isn't this meme. Should anyone disagree with me and want to argue their point, go ahead.
