i dont see seal rebate again lol while this is the second summon scroll rebate in a short span of time! I think just go put seal rebate up for the next jinchu treasure as its all too late if u expect us to wait until seal rebate before we pull kage treasures. and if that's the whole intention of delaying seal rebate event (so that we pull outside seal rebate event), then the team had already done a good job.


on my own personal opinion, i hated this "Recharge Ingots to get a chance", what is a chance? what is RNG in this game? How is it a chance when u only get 1 rare every 60 pull and so on. I don't trust the word chance, why not recharge * and get * instead, while these chances are meant to be additional icing to the cake rather than the main and only focus.

I think we need some time to test 2.0 without tobi. Need new ninjas but they re not being nice with seals and seal rebates.

i am hoping they will give us some seal scrolls for this 2.0 update so we all can get new ninjas. I dont see how f2p is going to do well after tobi's nerf without much new ninjas choices. back to kakashi i guess?
