problem is almost everyone especially the good guys uses tobi and tobi 100% of the time dodges kuro's slow lol so its pointless. she is best abused by high powered people tho, them making the first move with just standard attacks is more than enough to screw you.

you can only use 20 chakra on round 1, if you're thinking of using asuma wb so both can cast asap that means you ill be using a kage less barrier lineup, total disadvantage already. unless you out refine the opponent where both temari and kuro can cast faster that the enemy accu on your kuro then you will win, but if that the case you actually won because of the refine advantage already the slow is just an extra, if you dont have refine advantage in every move then you choose to proc tobi dodge while kuro gets accu or kuro slow but tobi dodges, round 2 1st move secured.
