1＃ Go ToMost games have a tier list for characters, ENG Naruto Online doesn't seem to have one so I thought I'd share my thoughts on a rough tier list, including most of the available characters. Not the best at formatting but I'll give it a shot. (This tier list does not include main characters because they all have their own strengths/weaknesses). Huge thanks for users Hizamaru (S1), BobbySaget(S1) and Akarishm(S1) for helping out.
Due to the text limit I've had to type out the descriptions for S+, S and A ninjas on a seperate do*ent. I will attach pictures of the text and the do*ent with the enitre post on.
S + Tier(These Ninjas are the best available in the game currently and will single handedly win you most fight. Some of the data may be off because of the rarity of said ninja)
Itachi Ay Hashirama Senju
S Tier(These ninjas are the once that excell in what they do best and even one of them can carry a team)
DaruiPain - Tendo Hidan Naruto Mei Terumi Danzo ShimuraGaara MifuneTobiSakura Tenten
A Tier(These are formidably strong ninja, with the right tools to slot right into a team, and has the chance to take on the S+ and S rank ninjas)

B Tier - Semi Ordered (Will edit a better list with description in the future)(Less well rounded ninjas, probably do well in certain areas but are lacklustre in certain respects)

- well it's pretty inaccurate (kurotsuchi C tier when she is extremely broken vs any non root team) Darui extremely overrated as well since he goes in lightning teams but is pure nin and can't leech with the same exact growth stats as sasuke which means he is guaranteed to die round 2 if hit by sage naruto mystery and comboed. Imo Mei Danzo Gaara are all way better pulls than Darui especially without samui raikage to go with him. Lots of characters in B tier are waaay worse than Five Kage temari who is in C. Overall not tooo bad but you should probably look over it and change some things.
I really tried to rate ninja on how much they bring to a team, not necessarily how good they are with others. Thinking about it, I probably should have put her at B rank with Temari as they both give a substantial buff to their typing. Darui once again, not as strong as the others (power wise I think Mei completely outclasses him) but it's the fact he's so key to the best team in the game currently. I'll refine the list come tommorow and hopefully have it out within a week. -

Sasuke susano is better than Itachi susano in my opinion because in lightning main teams with root of warrior passive, Sasuke won't have any debuffs for the first 2 rounds. So now you have a ninja that is immune to combos, pure ninjutsu, and on top of that, debuffs (for 2 rounds).
Thanks for the thoughts, I sort of guessed at the top 3 as aside from the uncatagorised, they're the ninjas I have the least knowledge of. They're all * loaded though. -

naruto-kyubi chakra is pretty dope if played as the main ninja of a team. A poison tai water main makes it totally * (fire + burn awawa) and with eventually a kabuto to help him stack up its attack, well, its damage are raw bull* and the nuke on his mystery is hard.
It c*so be buffed by iruka and one of the very few by killer bee
Well, imo, he would be A tier, but he really need a team revolving around him, so I guess he'd be B rank for practical reasons.

I put 2* Naruto Nine Tails low because he simply can't compete with the other ninjas above him. The 3* version is obviously a lot better and I would consider moving that up when he's more widely used, but at the moment I've hardly seen any of him (hence why he's in the uncatagorised). 2* Naruto Nine Tails excells pre level 70, but falls off as you can access to more power and more ninjas. Not saying he's unusable by any means though. -

- Darui is in the best team currently? All these people with super rares and 4-5 star kage ninjas aren't even running him. They all use like SS MB Iruka Danzo or they throw in SS Itachi if they have it
True, which is why all but Iruka are in the same tier or above. I didn't actually realise how * strong Danzo is as a support, so if I were to remake the list I would consider moving him up. I'll have to see where the meta sits in a week with the reworked 2.0 to make a final call, but it is so close between the top 5 or so in the S rank. -

I was talking about naruto ninetails 3* of course xD
it was written at the end of the post that you lacked knowledge about this ninja, I was just adding some infos for that :v
2* is kinda low tier anyway. Too low stats and single target mystery is meh, even though I liked him a lot xD

Ah! I wondered why you seemed to think he was so good. 3* would have been placed top of A, but in the end we just decided to leave him out since we had no idea how well he really worked. Thanks for the input ofc :D -
