Is Iruka planned to return anytime soon?

What I really dislike is the 2 weeks with 60 sweep quests. I thought that was a one time thing, or once every 3-4 months, but if they do this every month, then that event is rigged cuz you can't possibly have enough stamina everyday even you buy all the stamina with ingots (don't do that). There is never stamina pots in redeem and even if it was, not worth it.So.... what are they thinking with this quest, it's so against the players it doesn't make any sense.
Throw me some math telling me how to do event if i Have 0 once the previous event ended.
And why is SA even there if no possible way to have stamina to do everything.

8400 stamina required for both weeks of 60 sweeps

7560 stamina gained thru daily regen and logon pots

400 stamina from arena weekly pots

if u save stamina from 2nd weeks last day to use on 3rd weeks first day u get an additional 250 stamina as f2p 350 with jounin medal( i think these events reset at 5am so 150 stamina is from the current day and already added into the 7560 amount)

total free gain at 8310 for jounin 8210 as f2p

all thats left is max 4 stam pots that you need to get from pure luck, or skip 1 day of the event a month. although thats for a 28 day month cycle, most months are 30+ so and extra 2 stam pots from daily logon for another 100 stamina, meaning jounin medal users dont need to spend coupons or get lucky, f2p need 90 stamina from lucky pots.

you c*so buy small pots from ranked/group shops to worry less about luck, you can get 2 a week from group shop just for being in a group for gnw every wednesday 4 if u win, and there is a daily mission for 250 points a day which means in 28 days u can buy 14 pots

Thank you for breaking it all down, but stamina potions is probably one of the least things people want to buy from the redemption shop. I know for certain that most of the people I talk to don't spend redemption points on stamina. Still nice to see it all broken down in one post.

Don't forget once 2.0 comes out the hot springs will let you gain stamina back faster. So hard to complete now, later on it might not be very bad.

it is not rigged, just because you can't complete everything doesn't mean it is rigged. Honestly want to complete it? Spend ingots. If not, oh well. It is a free permanent event. It is fine as is.

hot springs gives 20 extra stamina a day for f2p 40 for jounin so 280/560 in 14 days it will help but f2p still need to buy 7 pots down from 12, jounin wont need to buy any
