Update: chase missions located in West Konoha like Uchia Sasuke on Hospital roof lead to the same issue... and it's impossible to abandon that mission it seems..
Update 2: on Team Instance mode I'm able to go to any mission located on West Konoha and even talking with the Anbu Captain, so let's see if I can bypass the issue will keep this updated

I managed this to work, just create a team and go to anbu captain and talk. Once u end talk just quit team..

it work but now after clip scene i respawn back to the map konoha west outside of the map and cant move and after da i restart i had to start over again
