To ensure the best gaming experience to our gamers, we will be taking down some servers for maintenance and updates. The task may finish ahead of schedule or late, depending on the actual situation. During maintenance, the affected servers will not be available for you to login. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Detailed Maintenance Plan
1、Servers Affected: S17, S26
Time：December 29th, 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM UK Time, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM HK Time.
2、Servers Affected: All Europe and Asia Servers
Time：December 29th, 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM UK Time, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM HK Time.
3、Servers Affected: S1, S2
Time: December 29th, 2:00 AM – 3:30 AM NY Time, 11:00 PM – 0:30 AM LA Time.
4、Servers Affected: All US Servers
Time: December 29th, 4:00 – 6:00 AM NY Time, 1:00 – 3:00 AM LA Time.

As for the events, I would say that they're quite good. It's quite the improvement from the events we've had in the last few weeks, and you may be surprised by one of them! I wouldn't say that they're excellent, however, but I am definitely looking forward to them.

  • I think you're doing a great job. You forward all our feedback to the admins and that is most likely the best you can do. (unless you code for the game too and run it, which I doubt).
