Post your ninjas so we could for teams for you :)

Just saying Water main is not that great for next few exams so if you are up for switching Earth/Fire/Light can do them all few k power earlier with minimal rares. I would not recommend trying under 35k as Water unless you don't mind restarts.

2 Talents with Ninja Dog Shiba, Dog of Hell works as well.

Turn 1 - Lee and Hinata mystery, from now on spam them every time they are up, Hinata MUST start combo with normal attack and immobilize Jiraya, yeh a lot of retries yey.

Jiraya has to die here or go into next round with less then 5% life to die from 1 poison stack.

Turn 2 - Main mystery on Zabuza.

Turn 3 - Guy mystery on Kakashi, do it after enemy water main healed to leave extra poison stack for 5% more damage if you can.

Turn 4 - Main mystery on Kakashi, after this turn only water main should be left alive and you won if you got to this part.

Most of it you need Danzo, Tobi, and Ao though. If you post your ninjas and summons, it'll be easier to help you.
