3* = 125 pts * 80 = 10 000 pts / 10 = 1000 boxes = 20k ingots
4* = 125 pts * 180 = 22 500 pts / 10 = 2250 boxes = 45k ingots
*and if you already have him from Tendo, getting him to 4* will cost 25k ingots

Honestly that's NOT BAD...and I can see many people getting Hashirama to 3* this event.
Even for f2p'ers, I have 150 pts off missions, that's 1050 pts in 7 days which is 2.1k ingots worth of pts

So tell me constructively now how they should "compensate" me as a p2per who spent my hard earned money and only to see them gift the ninja out for free over the course of 7 days.

This game is not cheap and for those who have put alot of their time & money into this game, the last thing they want to see is to see paid ninjas become freebie a few weeks later. That's how you kill the game and lose trust with the player base.

Reason with this and i'll take your concerns seriously, or perhaps you've never dug deep enough to other paying players so you really have no clue what you're saying.
Or how about thinking of it this way, over the course of a "few" of these events, you can get yourself a 3* p2p ninjas for FREE.
The last 2 times PB suskue showed up many of us were able to get close to half of the required frags to 3* him. I'm more than satisfied and happy with waiting for another 2-3 more events for him rather than the team not releasing any p2p ninjas for f2p events. They could've thrown you Ino or Kiba or random f2p ninja frags at dirt cheap pts, would this make you more satisfied as you can redeem a whole 80 frags or who knows how many.

Some things are meant to be p2p i.e. medium/advance threads/runes
You guys are forgetting this game is owned by Tencent (a Chinese company) who runs differently than NA companies do. It can be much more greedy than what it is now.

And just FYI I'm on S177 and not one f2p player has obtained all refines to L4, so they're still of use to the majority of the "f2p" player base.

But seeing how they are running the EN servers, their business strat is to open new servers, obtain new players and * them onto this game by throwing them useful freebies. These freebies are ofc useless to the more * spenders or elite spenders such as yourself, but in the end, they chose to cater to new servers & players vs giving you guys a more VIP or VVIP treatment.

I myself, i'm a few grand deep into my character. Made many mistakes, and put off any sort of spending last week and to my surprise it's more enjoyable. Not totally disagreeing with the negative comments toward this event but seeing how we get new events every week, holding back on a week or two or even more is healthy game play.

Personally I still think this weeks events is awesome for majority of f2pers and semi p2pers. Perhaps the recharge rebate in day 2-7 will be better so maybe don't give up hope on this event yet :P

It's as many have said. Stop spending. That sends a deep message to the team.
What's throwing us a few more pixels going to cost them? Nothing...but the fact that everyone keeps spending regardless of what event they throw at us, then they can chose to MILK the player base until the day comes when people spend less.

My server has some heavy spenders. Non of them liked last week's event yet some of them still spent a good 5-10k+ ingots b/c they've become addicted to the never ending power rankings war. This goes back to how this company runs this game and prefers to open an unlimited number of servers to keep this cycle going. And frankly this cycle won't stop until people come to realize it's a never ending spending war and eventually when servers get merged you find yourself not ranked top anymore, only to keep spending until you wake up and realize you'll never beat the person with the fatter wallet.

This is my personal opinion, but I beleive there's a revenue threshold for each week's events.
If they hit it then, they can keep the event lvl as is. I'm pretty sure the total revenue generated on lets say the TW server is very low relative to ours which is why they basically throw freebies at you to keep the paid player base playing.

So spend less if you want to see better events :)

Anyone who already went for 1st hokage let us know how common the "1st hokage" pack is, and how many frags you get from it.
The cost for him might be much less than 20k ingots if the 1st hokage pack is semi-common in the mission gift box.

Regardless I still see value in him especially now with everyone using Kage field ninjas.
If you arn't high on initiative then you're going to lose the field barrier war and renders your ninjas useless or not as useful as it would be.
And a perfect counter to that would be to use Hashirama aka the most OP non-prompt field ninja.
The fact that he can be straight up obtained for 160 seals worth in ingots is not bad at all. 160 seals from Kage doesn't even net you 3 rares and i'd happily take back to 160 seals I used on Kage in replacement for Hashirama.

8 signifies lucky number in China. And for them to bring that up on the EN server signifies that they may take more care for the events during Chinese New Year holidays rather than western holidays.

Ah I see. But i'm one of those players whose okay with using the same few ninjas for as long as I can.
I'm currently running a 5* Iruka, Sage Jiraya, Sailor Sakura team and the extra *'s do help.
Thinking of picking up Hashi and getting him to 4* but for 42.5k ingots that's quite the power loss isn't it.

I haven't participate in gnw in 2 weeks as there's no point when 80% of the server is in your group. Feel all mighty you want GNW means jack to me but it sure does big on your ego.

the refine rebate is actually amazing. if you picked up any refine runes for 30-60% disc, u get like 18 mood scrolls worth in gingers and 7 protection + lock runes just refining 50. that's what 359 coupon value return? on top of picking up cheap refines.

The thing is, during a refine rebate no one can make full use of the rebate and lvl up their refine to max
My goal before each refine rebate is to have enough med refines to get to l7, then make use of the adv refines saved from sage.
I certainly don't have the purchasing power to stack thousands of medium refines to go crazy on the rebate on each equipment piece, so I only work on 1 equipment at a time.

Comparing to the previous few days, tomorrows refine rebate is splendid. Now I just wish you could use vouchers on previous day items as I should've picked up more refines

You'll always end up with leftover wish credits.
For example, if someone only has enough to up refine lvl by 1, they're not going to benefit at all off wish credits.
If they can up refine by 2 lvls, then they can only take advantage of 1 of the wish credits in the lvl up.

Refines are hellla expensive, and most people can not take full advantage of the refine rebate.

Lucky for me I got a 50% voucher and picked up a ton of refines. 50 Med refines cost 550 coupons for me, and i'm getting back 360 worth in useful items which is a +, whereas there's people on my server who bought 50 Med refines for 1250 coupons and used them all up without a rebate event. It's hard for the casual player to save those refines when it's sitting in their inventory. Most people opt for the instant power boost if readily available.

It took me close to 20 spins for the 50%, but I was going for the 30% voucher which people reported within 10-15 spins. Net savings was higher when I did the math as I aimed to buy all 50 Med packs
